The Venue
Bierfabrik Hoehn, located in Herzogenaurach, Germany, is the perfect venue for our Global Mobility workshop. As a vibrant microbrewery and event space, Bierfabrik Hoehn embodies craftsmanship and creativity, much like our focus on crafting personalised GM strategies.
Close to major multinational corporations and key transport hubs, including NUE international airport, this unique venue provides an inspiring setting for collaboration and innovation. The combination of strategic discussions and the hands-on environment of a micro brewery creates a dynamic space to foster new ideas and drive success in Global Mobility.
This will be our second event at this location, due to the great success and feedback following our first visit in early 2025.

Global Mobility plays a critical role in driving organisational success, yet its value is often overlooked or underestimated. Demonstrating the strategic importance of Global Mobility is not just about highlighting its operational efficiency. In fact, connecting its impact to broader business objectives is a key issue you should not forget about.
One of the most effective ways to achieve this is by adopting a “business case” mindset. A well-crafted business case goes beyond numbers – it tells a story. An evidence-based story. It shows how Global Mobility aligns with company goals, mitigates risks, and delivers measurable value to the organisation.
By framing your efforts in terms that resonate with decision-makers, you can move the conversation from cost to contribution, positioning Global Mobility as a proactive, strategic partner.
GM: From Cost Center to Strategic Value Driver
Stefan Remhof, Co-Organiser

Global Mobility clearly has the potential to be a powerful strategic enabler. Yet, its value is not always immediately visible to stakeholders. To truly showcase the impact of Global Mobility, it is essential to ground your approach in a framework that connects its purpose to measurable outcomes. This is where the MasteringGM® WAVE framework – Workforce, Adaptability, Value, and Engagement – becomes invaluable.
The Value dimension within the WAVE framework emphasises the importance of demonstrating tangible results and aligning mobility initiatives with broader business objectives. Value is not just about financial ROI though, it includes the external impact of Global Mobility on organisational goals and the effectiveness of processes that drive outcomes. Clearly articulating this value to stakeholders transforms how Global Mobility is perceived, shifting it from a support function to a strategic driver.
This workshop builds directly on the WAVE framework by equipping participants with the tools to identify and communicate the value of their mobility programs. Through actionable insights, hands-on exercises, and real-world examples, participants will develop the skills to create compelling business cases and articulate Global Mobility’s contribution to business success.
By leveraging WAVE, you can ensure that Global Mobility is recognised as a critical enabler of growth, innovation, and organisational impact. This workshop will empower you to lead that narrative with confidence.
