The People Mobility Alliance was founded in March 2021 by Daniel Zinner and Mira Pathak as an initiative to promote cultural diversity and global collaboration. The Alliance believes that global mobility should focus on people, and aims to promote knowledge exchange, provide business opportunities for its members, and share industry insights and trends.
One of the key factors that underpins the People Mobility Alliance is a Global Mindset. Embracing a global mindset means recognizing and valuing cultural differences, and being open to diverse perspectives and ways of thinking. This is essential in today’s globalised world, where businesses and individuals are increasingly connected and interdependent.
Another important aspect of global mobility is technology. Cutting-edge technology can help to eliminate the constraints of borders and enable businesses and individuals to connect and collaborate across different locations. This is particularly important in industries where talent and expertise are in high demand, but are geographically dispersed.

Since 2021, the alliance has grown significantly. We have been organising various events, both in-person and online, to promote knowledge sharing and networking within the people mobility industry.
We would like to express a big thank you to the founding members who supported the alliance – AIRINC, CLEVIS, BDO and Noah Mobility. All three companies are known for their innovative approaches to mobility solutions, making them ideal partners for this initiative.
Over the past year, the People Mobility Alliance has attracted more than 20 corporate member organisations who actively support and promote the goal of the alliance. These members represent a diverse range of expertise and backgrounds, including mobility startups, researchers, government agencies, and investors.
Based on the growing support and interest in the alliance, the decision was made to officially incorporate the People Mobility Alliance. This will help to formalise the structure of the organisation, and provide greater stability and resources to support its activities.
May 2023 officially means a new chapter for the People Mobility Alliance!
